Istanbul Energy Bites

Please do yourself a favor and make these today. I did. I was craving a sweet, energizing treat, but there was no way I was going to turn on the oven! I made some homemade peanut butter and thought this would be just the treat to make with my fresh peanut butter.
No-Bake Energy Bites
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut flakes (Hindistan cevizli)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chopped up chocolate; another alternative would be dried cranberries
Mix everything above in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated.  Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.  Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy!  Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
